Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
UK Mainland under £50 £3.00, over £50 £6.00. For overseas please send e-mail for precise quote.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 1-3 working days. Some orders may require special manufacture or special work such as embroidery or application of logos so will take longer and you will be advised of the approximate delivery time. We normally have all Refkit items in stock, most Teamkit football in stock. we have special arrangements with suppliers for golf and cricket. They hold vast stocks so meet or delivery requirements. Occasionally product goes out of stock and we will advise if this happens with a revised delivery date.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.l

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Encryption occasionally creates problems with customers firewalls on the computers. If you receive a message about being unable to order this is because of the encryption / firewall situation so please ring 01902 746329

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day guarantee. We are unable to exchange goods specially made or worked on if correct to your order. For non football items there may be a restocking charge of up to 25% if you wish to change items.
